QARSEVA — HERE TO SERVE.

Our inspiration

Rooted in the Sikh tradition of seva and the welfare of all; open to everyone.

Seva and Sarbat da Bhala

Seva means selfless service. Sarbat da Bhala expresses concern for the welfare of all. These ideas inspire our commitment to help people without discrimination.

Our founder also sees a connection with the Islamic understanding that service offered with sincere intention can be an act of ibadat (worship). This is a bridge of shared humanitarian purpose, not a claim that the faiths are identical.
